DEED Stakeholder Survey 2025 |
Introduction
The Foundation for Delta Educational and Economic Development (DEED) is embarking upon a reflective assessment process to review organizational culture as we advance our mission and strategy for the next several years.
A critical piece of this effort is gathering input from key stakeholders and supporters in the Kansas City community who are central to our success. We invite you to take about 15 minutes to complete this survey to inform our plans for growth and development. Please submit your responses by 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 1.
The survey is ANONYMOUS. Only the consulting team working with DEED has access to the survey instrument and only they will see the “raw” data from the survey. Survey responses are not connected to names or individual email addresses. Survey responses will be reported anonymously and in aggregate. We sincerely want to hear your honest opinions and ideas and ask for your candor during this survey.
As you will see, most of the survey questions are multiple choice. However, there are places where you are invited to provide additional comments. To ensure full transparency and eliminate the chance of inaccurate interpretation, any comments submitted as part of the survey will be included in the final survey report exactly as they are written.
Results will be shared with the DEED executive team and Board of Directors to inform planning meetings.
Feel free to contact the lead consultant on the project, Terry Trafton, with iBossWell, Inc., if you have any comments/questions about the survey or this process: ttrafton@ibosswell.com.

Myra Everette, DEED Board President
