Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia- our event wouldn't be possible without our volunteers! Please complete by Thursday, May 7th.

On-Site Volunteer - This role is for those who love being behind the scenes! Volunteers who assist with the event on-site starting 2-5 hours prior to the start of the event and for the duration of the event itself. Please note that you will not have a table at the event because On-Site Volunteers are active during the event. Responsibilities may include decorating the media lounge, setting up chairs and table linens, greeting attendees and helping them locate their sections, and clean up at the end of the event.

Table Leader - Do you love talking to people, responding to questions, and playing tour guide? These volunteers answer guests' questions the month prior to the event. TLs meet their assigned guests at the departure location and lead them to the secret spot. This person must be quick to respond to email, patient, and good at leading large groups.

13.Table Leaders (TL) and Group Leaders (GL) are required to be at their departure location before their groups arrive. If you are volunteering as TL or GL, are you able to meet at your designated departure point, dressed and ready with your materials, by 4 PM the day of the event?(Required.)
14.Table Leaders (TL) are required to stay until the conclusion of the event. If you are volunteering as TL, are you able to stay until 11 PM?(Required.)
15.We designate specific groups for guests with Limited Mobility. Are you willing to be a Table Leader for a Limited Mobility Group?(Required.)
16.If you are a table leader, is there another table leader you need to be in the same departure group with? We realize that some friend groups are large and span over multiple table leaders, so we try to make these accommodations when possible.
