DEBPHL26 Returning Volunteer Survey

This survey is for RETURNING VOLUNTEERS. If you are not a returning volunteer, please complete the New Volunteer Survey.

Thank you for volunteering for Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia- our event wouldn't be possible without you!

Please take a few minutes to fill out this year's survey for returning volunteers by Thursday, April 30th. If you are not interested in returning this year, please fill out the survey through question #5 and submit. If you are interested in returning, please complete the entire survey.

Reminder about the volunteer roles:

On-Site Volunteer - Volunteers who assist with the event on-site for 2-5 hours prior to the start of the event and for the duration of the event itself. Please note that you will not have a table at the event as a guest because On-Site Volunteers are active during the event.

Table Leader - Volunteers who answer guests' questions the month prior to the event. TLs meet guests at the departure location and lead them to the secret spot. This person must be quick to respond to email, patient, and good at leading large groups.

Group Leader - Volunteers who oversee a group of 4-6 Table Leaders. GLs must be quick to respond to email, good at managing others, and comfortable with reading maps and giving directions. Group Leaders are required to attend an in-person meeting the Sunday before the event and a virtual meeting the Monday before the event.

9.Table Leaders and Group Leaders are required to be at their departure location before their groups arrive. If you are volunteering as TL or GL, are you able to meet at your designated departure point, dressed and ready with your materials, by 4 PM the day of the event?

11.Do you share friends/family with another Table Leader or Group Leader? Please list their name(s) below so we can try to place you in the same group. We realize that some friend groups are large and span over multiple table leaders, so we try to make these accommodations when possible.
