CSIP Survey 2023

Input survey for Comprehensive School Improvement Plan 2023.
We want to know what you think about your school. This is NOT a test. There are no wrong answers. The information from the survey will help us understand what you think about your school experience. We appreciate your participation. 

Your answers are confidential. Your answers will be combined with those of other students. No one will be told how you answered. 

This survey is voluntary. You do not have to answer any question if you do not want to, but we hope you will answer as many questins as you can. If you are not sure what a question means, it is okay to skip it.
