Creative resilience survey for venues, festivals, and arts organizations/businesses

About this survey

This survey is for arts and event organizations, venues, festivals, and small businesses to assess your interest in evaluating and improving the accessibility, sustainability, or resilience of your physical infrastructure or programming, including in equipping venues for use as community resilience hubs or disaster hubs. These are a few of the ideas behind the Art of Creative Resilience. We also have a survey for current and aspiring arts and event workers (you may fill out both if both apply).
