The Transportation Authority led a study in 2017 on managing access to the “Crooked Street”—a residential segment of Lombard Street that is also one of San Francisco’s most prominent landmarks. Among the study's recommendations includes an electronic system to manage reservations for and price access to the Crooked Street. The Transportation Authority is currently studying a reservation and pricing system to better manage traffic flow on the crooked section of Lombard Street. This online feedback form will be used to gather input from the community about how this system might work.

The first few pages of this form include the information presented at the public open house on January 30, 2019, followed by questions.
