As the school or kura leading the project, you must organise the police vet check of the requested creative(s) as soon as your funding is confirmed. Please provide the vetting results to the Creatives in Schools admin team before the project commences. If the creative(s) do not 'pass' the vetting, you must inform Ministry of Education by email CreativesinSchools@education.govt.nz so we could remove the creative(s) profile(s) from Arts Online website.
