Every three years, Craig Hospital conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment to evaluate the health needs of our community members living with a spinal cord injury (SCI), brain injury (BI), or caring for someone with a SCI or BI. Your feedback is invaluable to help us understand the health challenges facing our community and to identify opportunities to improve our community.
