Industrial/Commercial Stormwater and Wastewater Survey

The purpose of this survey is to determine if your business may be subject to certain stormwater or wastewater requirements. A permit may be required depending on the type of business, the process(es) conducted onsite, or if materials are exposed to water. The majority of businesses in Denton are not subject to stormwater or wastewater regulations and will only need to complete this survey. Please fill out the following form to the best of your knowledge. If needed, Watershed and Industrial Pretreatment staff will contact you with additional information or conduct an inspection of the facility.
