As you would know, the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in Australia is meant to prioritise workers in the health, aged care, disability and community services sectors. As your union, we want to find out about your COVID-19 vaccination experience so we can advocate on your behalf to the Federal Government.

Please note this survey is completely confidential and we will not be collecting any personal information which can be used to identify you.
