Purpose of the study
The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of COVID-19 on travel behavior and daily activities of older adults and people with disabilities.

What will you need to do?
You will be asked to complete a brief survey about your behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to the pre-COVID-19 condition. The survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. The survey consists of questions about (1) overall travel behavior by trip purpose, (2) perception of using different transportation modes, and (3) access to technology and the usage of delivery services.  

Participation
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your participation in this survey indicates that you have agreed to participate in this study. By participating, you will be eligible for random drawings to win a $50 gift card. 

Benefits of participating
There is likely no direct benefit to you for participating in this study, but it will help us understand how the travel behavior of older adults and individuals with disabilities are impacted by COVID-19, as well as enable transit agencies and municipalities to better manage and respond to the pandemic.

Privacy
Your individual privacy will be maintained in all published and written data resulting from the study. If you withdraw from the study, no further data will be collected and any information that you have provided will be discarded.
