Welcome to the funding application form
Alzheimer’s Australia Vic is pleased to offer financial assistance to people living with dementia and carers wishing to attend the 2017 National Dementia Conference.
The Consumer Participation Fund assists people with dementia and/or carers to be a part of ‘Be the Change’ 2017. Consumers can apply for small amounts of money from this fund to help with the costs of domestic travel, accommodation, local transport, transport hire (such as buses for community groups) or registration fees.
Please note that the Consumer Participation Fund is limited. To enable as many people to attend as possible, we would encourage you to make a contribution to these costs if you can.
