The Community Inclusion and Services Program advocates for the provision of accommodations, services, treatment, and technology necessary to support the choices of people with disabilities to safely and meaningfully participate as equal citizens in any social, economic, or political aspect of community life.

DRW priorities addressed by this program include: 1) Right to have full accessibility needs of participants met at public events, facilities, and in media; 2) ADA Curb Cut Compliance; 3) Access to Public Transit; 4) Right to Employment and Career Preparation; 5) Prevent Discriminatory Suspension & Expulsion of Students with Disabilities; 6) Abuse and Neglect Response and Effectiveness; 7) Improving Conditions in Residential Facilities (community-based) ; 8) Right to be a Parent; 9) Supported Decision Making and Alternatives to Guardianship; 10) Voter Outreach and Education; 11) Right to Fair Wages; 12) Olmstead: Right to Live in Community Compliance; 13) Prevent School Restraint and Seclusion; 14) Community Mental Health for Children and Youth; and 15) Quality Available Advocacy.
