Student Academic Interests and Goals Questionnaire

The following questionnaire serves several purposes: to identify your academic interests and goals so that you can be assigned to an appropriate faculty advisor; once you have been assigned an advisor, to provide him or her with a sense of your high school experience, your interests and goals for your college experience, as well as your concerns; and finally to develop a general portrait of the shared co-curricular interests, beliefs and concerns of the members of the Class of 2023.

Please fill out the entire questionnaire thoughtfully and honestly by JUNE 3. The questionnaire should take you around 30 minutes to complete, and it includes writing a letter to your advisor. Please note that you need to complete it in one sitting, so plan accordingly.
