Community Bridges (CB) empowers girls in grades 4–12 across Montgomery County to become resilient leaders. To enroll your student in our school programs, field trips, and events, a parent/guardian must complete this form.

Data is confidential and used for funding reports. As we serve low-to-moderate income families, proof of household income is required for participation.
