This survey is completely anonymous and is designed to help the School Site Council, administration, the teachers and staff here at Cappy Culver assess the level of satisfaction you have with our school and the programs we offer. Your responses in this survey will help us in determining which programs, plans, procedures and policies to address in an effort to improve our school. * 9. Cappy Culver would like to thank the community for their support for passing the bond in November. There will be two committees designated for input and oversight.

The Ad Hoc Committee is open to any and all community members. This group will focus on providing input and suggestions for improvements to Cappy Culver using bond funds.

The Bond Oversight Committee will consist of local business representatives, senior citizen organization members and parents of students enrolled in the district and take recommendations from the Ad Hoc Committee and oversee the use of the bond funds.
