Our aim is to dig deep into the dynamic landscape of healthcare call and contact centers, exploring the comprehensive range of services offered, the challenges faced, performance metrics, the promising trends shaping their future and much more.
 
Your Voice Matters: By participating in this survey, you contribute to a collective understanding of the industry's pulse, helping us chart its course and elevate its standards. Survey Details: Taking approximately 20 minutes to complete, this survey seeks to capture an accurate snapshot of the healthcare contact center ecosystem. All responses are anonymous and confidential, and your responses will only be used in aggregate form to provide a comprehensive overview.

Who Can Participate?
We invite Directors and Managers of Healthcare Contact Centers to complete the NHCCIS. Your insights and expertise as directors are crucial in providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry's current landscape and future trends.

Survey Guidelines:
  • Primary Director/Manager: We kindly request that one director or manager of the healthcare contact center take the lead in completing the survey. Your firsthand experience and strategic perspective will contribute significantly to the depth and accuracy of the survey results.
  • Additional Contact Centers: If your healthcare system operates multiple contact centers under different management, we encourage you to share this survey with the respective directors. Every perspective matters, and this approach ensures a well-rounded representation of the industry.
Unveiling Insights: The survey results will be meticulously analyzed and thoughtfully presented at the HCCT Conference, scheduled for June 5-7, 2024, in Atlanta.
