The Transformation Center Presents, Blacks United in Recovery (BUR) Statewide Affinity Group Forum:
"From Surviving to Thriving"
A free interactive forum for those who identify as Black or African American & can relate to
emotional health, addictions or trauma issues.

(Green Line, Arlington T stop suggested; or pay your $36. to park for the day)

Lunch, snacks & a "Serenity space" will also be available during the event.

Feel free to bring:

-your own notebook for journaling,
-a photo or other item to place on the Libation Table in
remembrance of a person who struggle(s)/(d) with emotional issues, or something in honor of someone helpful in your own recovery, or if you like, you can simply say or write down the name of someone you would like to remember, acknowledge or honor. The special items placed on the Libation Table can be related to the Past, Present or Future.

Interpretation provided for those who register by November 17th.

Finally, please attend this event without wearing scented products, especially strong scents such as perfume or cologne, for the safety of those who have adverse reactions to them.
