Boosted Sample - 2023 IWL State of Allyship-in-Action Study |
Welcome to the 2023 Integrating Women Leaders Foundation's State of Allyship-in-Action Study
Thank you for being part of this second annual survey to better understand what allyship looks like today in organizations. We just completed what we refer to as the “General Sample,” which focuses primarily on allyship and includes both women and men. This year we are “boosting” the sample to ensure that we look at allyship with an intersectional lens recognizing that identities span beyond gender. Specifically, we are interested in including more women participants in our sample from each of the following groups:
- Black or African American Women
- LatinX/Hispanic Women
- Asian or Asian American Women
- LGBTQIA+
If you are not a woman or a woman who belongs to any one of these groups, please share this survey with a woman that does or with women who do.
If you have already taken this survey in 2023, thank you! There is no need to take it again.
This survey is being administered by Integrating Women Leaders Foundation (IWL) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Founded in 2010, IWL is a non-profit focused on the advancement of all women in the workplace. Programming related to allyship has been a focus of IWL’s for several years now.
This survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete, and we appreciate your investment of time to share your important opinions to drive progress. The data will be analyzed across the entire base of people who have responded and in total for the specific segments. Your responses are anonymous and there will be no efforts to tie back any specific responses to an individual.
