University Ave at N Blackhawk Ave - Intersection Survey

Safety improvements are being considered for the intersection of University Ave at N Blackhawk Ave to eliminate serious/fatal crashes and make it easier for people walking and biking to cross University Ave. The proposed design would restrict left turns from Blackhawk Ave onto University Ave and would create a diagonal two-stage crossing with an RRFB for pedestrians and bikes.
