SPACE IS LIMITED! We will accept 4-5 food vendors depending on size and menu options.
Vendor fee: $100 for Auburn residents or businesses; $200 for all others. This vendor fee helps to offset event expenses such as trash removal, setup, cleanup, and event staff. Preference will be given to Auburn residents and businesses.
Food vendor requirements:
Must be fully licensed and insured in the state of Maine and submit proof of license.
Must obtain a City of Auburn Food Service Establishment license at least 30 days prior to the event, if not currently licensed in Auburn. License fee is $60 per event or $100 for one year as a mobile food distribution unit. The city license does include an inspection of the unit by the city’s Fire Prevention Officer.
Must be self-contained. There are no water or electricity hook-up services available.
Due to limited space, all trailer-towed vehicles must drop their trailer on the street and park in the nearby parking garage area.
