Festival Plaza & Main Street, in the heart of downtown Auburn. RAIN OR SHINE! Expected Attendance: 2,500+

SPACE IS LIMITED! We will accept 4-5 food vendors depending on size and menu options.

Vendor fee: $100 for Auburn residents or businesses; $200 for all others. This vendor fee helps to offset event expenses such as trash removal, setup, cleanup, and event staff. Preference will be given to Auburn residents and businesses.

Food vendor requirements:

Must be fully licensed and insured in the state of Maine and submit proof of license.

Must obtain a City of Auburn Food Service Establishment license at least 30 days prior to the event, if not currently licensed in Auburn. License fee is $60 per event or $100 for one year as a mobile food distribution unit. The city license does include an inspection of the unit by the city’s Fire Prevention Officer.

Must be self-contained. There are no water or electricity hook-up services available.

Due to limited space, all trailer-towed vehicles must drop their trailer on the street and park in the nearby parking garage area.

Please note that space is very limited and completing this application does not guarantee selection.

The City of Auburn will confirm vendor selection by email no later than August 4, 2023. After selection, the approved vendors will receive a contract to sign and return along with the non-refundable vendor fee. The contract must be signed and the fee paid within 10 business days or the vendor risks losing their spot. Important: Vendor fee will not be refunded if vendor withdraws from the festival.
