ASHG 2025 Island Booth Drawings Submission Form

Thank you for supporting this year's Annual Meeting with an island booth! Submit your drawings here for approval by show management by September 1.

We require these drawings so we can provide the safest show possible for our attendees and other exhibitors. Island booths are not permitted to be installed onsite without drawings approved in advance by ASHG Exhibits Management. Please review the ASHG Booth Space and Build Overview for guidelines and requirements, especially regarding setbacks and lines of sight. Drawings must be shown in feet and inches and must show dimensions of all elements including hanging signs.

All island exhibitors may begin move in on Monday October 13 at 8 am (special approval no longer required).

Please review the ASHG Booth Space and Build Overview for guidelines and requirements, especially regarding setbacks and lines of sight.

Drawings must be shown in feet and inches and must include booth dimensions, orientation (which neighboring booths are surrounding you on each side), and dimensions of all items taller than 4’ high, plus the dimensions and hanging height of all hanging signs. Drawings and requests for two-story (aka “double-decker”) booths are permitted as long as the structure height stays at 20’ or shorter (no hanging signs permitted for double-deckers) and can meet the build and safety guidelines set by the convention center and local fire marshal.
