This Arbitrator Perspectives Survey invites arbitrators to provide information about their experience, case management preferences, and other skills.

Parties and counsel find this kind of information useful, but it is not generally on an arbitrator's CV or appropriate for case-specific arbitrator interviews.

As you complete the Survey, you can supplement the prescribed answers with your own comments and insights. Elaboration on topics of interest can be valuable to parties, particularly when combined with standardized responses.

You can skip questions you do not wish to answer and, at the end of most questions, you will be invited to provide any additional information that you believe would help parties better understand your experience and qualities as an arbitrator.

The entire Survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

We will send you your answers to review before they are published and you will be able to edit your answers in the future.
