TLP is a 6-month online leadership development programme specially designed to equip mid-level teacher leaders with the mindset, tools, and confidence to lead peer teaching improvements.
Through workshops, coaching, and a school-based improvement project, you will learn to:
- Identify teaching gaps and set improvement goals with peers
- Lead a small-scale project to improve teaching and learning
- Support other teachers through PLCs and collaborative practices
This programme is suitable for:
Subject Leads, Academic Coordinators, Department Heads, and teachers with at least 4 years of experience who are ready to develop their leadership competencies.
Time Commitment:
You are expected to dedicate approximately 4-6 hours per month, which includes:

- Masterclass sessions (mainly on Saturdays, once a month)
- Group Coaching
- School-based improvement project
Certification:
Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Participation and a Certificate of Achievement (upon meeting programme requirements).

Programme Fee:
The investment for your professional and leadership growth is as follows:
- The original programme fee is RM3,600 (USD900) for the full 6-month Teacher Leadership Programme (RM600 / USD150 per month).
- For private and international schools in Malaysia, this programme is HRD-claimable.
- To ensure accessibility for teachers in public schools, NGO-run schools, community learning centres, or lower-income school environments, we are offering a subsidised fee of RM1,200 (USD300) for the full programme (RM200 / USD50 per month).
Recommendation:
We encourage you to inform or obtain consent from your school head before joining, as part of the programme includes working with your peers on a small school-based project. However, this is not mandatory for your application.
