PURPOSE OF STUDY
You are invited to participate in Part 2 of a study to help us understand the problems experienced by people with ankle pain. You have been asked to participate because you have ankle pain, or you are participating as a healthy control (comparison) subject.

INVOLVEMENT AND RISKS
Your participation involves completing a questionnaire to collect information your ankle and how it affects you.  The questionnaire will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.  There is no foreseeable risk or discomfort associated with participation in this study. You will have the opportunity to withdraw from completing the survey at any time, should you wish to do so, without penalty. Because this is a research project and not a treatment program, there may not be any direct benefit to you from your involvement.
