Welcome to the Bill S-3 Project Survey

Thank you for sharing your input with the Aboriginal Friendship Centres of Saskatchewan.

We are collecting information on new amendments to the Indian Act, known as Bill S-3 and the subsequent community engagement called the Collaborative Process. We are collecting information regarding the following topics:
 - Indian Status registration;
 - Responsibility of Band membership;
 - Inequalities in the Indian Act; and,
 - Recommendations regarding these themes to the Government of Canada.

All the information we collect will be compiled into a report that will be provided to Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada. Therefore, no individuals or organizations will be identified.

Should you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Alicia Buckley, Program Manager at the Aboriginal Friendship Centres of Saskatchewan by emailing abuckley@afcs.ca or calling 306-955-0762.
