Salute a Community Leader!

The J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award is the region's prestigious community service award, designed to recognize and honor an extraordinary individual who has selflessly gone above and beyond by contributing their time, talent and energy to enhance our greater community. The award is named in honor of Mr. Juckett who exemplified community leadership and philanthropy throughout his life in our region.

To nominate a deserving volunteer, please complete this online nomination explaining why this individual should be considered for the 2016 J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award. Nominations are accepted through February 12, 2016 for consideration of this year's award. Nominations are kept and reviewed for three consecutive years if they are not selected to receive the award this year.

CRITERIA:
(1) The nominee’s profile should demonstrate significant contributions to the community in the field of human services, education, business, or industry.

(2) The nominee’s contributions should be substantial and enduring.

(3) The nominee should reflect the admiration of his or her peers.

(4) Neither the nominee nor nominator are required to be a member of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) in order to be the recipient of the award.
