CPNP Poster Request Form

Due to the pandemic, PNCB staff will be working remotely and unable to process mailings. If you need materials, please contact info@pncb.org about our digital options.
Thank you for requesting PNCB's new free poster to inform patients and families about the Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) role. We hope this increases awareness about what CPNPs do to provide high quality health care for children.

You can also download posters immediately: English 8.5 x 11 poster and Spanish 8.5 x 11 poster.  

Who can order these free posters?
  • CPNPs
  • Practices, clinics, hospitals, or other employers with CPNPs on staff
  • PNP faculty and programs 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Mailings are currently limited to U.S. states and Canadian provinces. For questions or help using this online form, please contact info@pncb.org.

During visits, CPNPs promote optimal physical and emotional well-being for children.

Treat and manage care
Prescribe
Make referrals

Usted obtiene cuidado experto de CPNP (por sus siglas en inglés) aquí. Los CPNPs cuentan con estudios avanzados para poder dar cuidados de salud a niños y adolescentes. Los CPNPs deben pasar un examen nacional riguroso de pediatría y además demostrar continuos estudios anuales. Durante las visitas, los CPNP promueven óptimos cuidados físicos y de bienestar emocional para niños y adolescentes.
