This form is an application into the 2020 Women's Mentoring Programme. Please take time to answer each question, because part of the selection is based on the quality of your answers. Answer honestly, do not answer how you think we want you to!

By completing this form it is assumed that you are willing and able to take part in the 2020 Women's Mentoring Programme.  Please note, this programme is only open to female, business and business conjoint (BCom/BProp conjoints), undergraduate students who have completed one year of study, and are going into their penultimate or final year of study in March 2020.  It is not open to postgraduate students. Mentees on the programme will also need to be studying in both Semester one and two of 2020, to ensure that they will be in Auckland to fulfil their mentoring relationship. If you are going on exchange in 2020, you will not be eligible to apply.

We recommend participants meet up with their mentors once a month, outside of the on-campus events, with  a minimum of four face-to-face meetings throughout the year. The programme runs during the academic year, from March to October. We provide monthly topics of discussion and resources to help drive discussion.

You must be willing to commit to the programme and be able to attend evening events. There are approximately eight events for mentees throughout the year, including a briefing session, a programme launch event with all participants in March, special guest speaker, panel, and networking events, and a final closing celebration in October.
