Welcome to Women on Boards' second Counting Culture Survey

We estimate that this survey will take approximately 5 minutes. 

Since our inception in 2006, WOB’s vision has been to increase the number of women on boards and in leadership roles to achieve a minimum of 40% women on boards. We welcome the fact that many other advocacy groups have since adopted our founding vision and many boards across many sectors have achieved this 40% milestone.
However within gender we need to look more closely at cultural diversity on boards and raise awareness and create opportunities for culturally diverse women to achieve board and leadership roles.
The data collected in this survey will assist us to do this.

We have created this survey with guidance from the Diversity Council of Australia and used the 'Top ABS Categories' for the survey answers. If your background does not match any of these, please choose the "Other".
