The ongoing process of truth and reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people is an integral part of all of Minerva BC’s work. Opportunities for conversation about this process as well as the complex nature of the intersectionality of diversity is an integral part of Emerging Leaders. All successful applicants to this program are asked to enter these conversations with an open heart and mind.

ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT
To secure your spot into the program, payment is required before the program starts. Minerva accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cheque and Electronic Fund Transfer.

* 3. This program will be delivered fully online, and includes self-directed learning, online facilitated group sessions and peer group sessions. Please confirm your understanding of the time commitment.

Self-Directed Learning - 60-90 minutes prior to each facilitated group sessions.

Online Facilitated Group Sessions - 2 hours with breaks.

Peer Learning Sessions - 60 minutes to be scheduled by your peer group between facilitated group sessions.
