With your salary increase limited by the current Liberal National government - at no more than 2.5% per annum - should the PSA pursue a further 2.5% increase for the period 1 July 2019- 1 July 2020, or wait for the outcome of the March 2019 State Election to see if we can get a better deal from a new government.

The disadvantage to waiting is that if the Liberal National government is re-elected, they may decide to reduce the cap even further, especially if private sector wages remain at the low rate they are currently at. (Required.)
