Service-Learning Course Proposal |
Service-Learning is a form of experiential learning that integrates community service into the curriculum and objectives of a course. Please complete this form at least one semester in advance of when you would like to implement. Once completed, your Course Proposal will be forwarded to the Service-Learning Coordinator for review.
Before you begin your proposal, please note that:
Completing and submitting this form does NOT guarantee that you will be implementing your desired course in the semester you have noted. Submitting this form is only the first step in the process.
You must still meet with the Service-Learning Coordinator to review the Service-Learning Course Planning Document in full before you can implement your Service-Learning course.
If you have NOT completed the Service-Learning Fellows Training, your course will NOT be eligible a Service-Learning designation in the Registrar.
