Elizabeth Dayton Award Application Form

The family of late LSA member Elizabeth Dayton, PhD has endowed an award for graduate students pursuing a specialization in sociolinguistics to attend the LSA Annual Meeting.   Normally a travel award,  this year the Dayton Award will cover registration costs for the LSA 2021 virtual meeting and pay a $500 stipend.  Graduate students applying for the award should be enrolled in a course of studies with a specialization in sociolinguistics and demonstrate a distinguished level of scholastic achievement.
