Is it a good time to be in the retail coffee business? The Specialty Coffee Association is launching the January 2018 Retail Sentiment Index (RSI) Survey that will measure the degree of optimism that coffee retailers feel about their company’s financial situation and overall state of retail business in the coffee industry. Over time, the index will become a forecasting tool for turning points in the retail business of the coffee industry. For more information on the RSI, please click here.

To take the survey, it is required to be a coffee retailer with one or more retail operations who sells coffee (brewed or whole bean) directly to the customer. This Includes coffeehouses, coffee shops, cafes, kiosks, bakeries, mail order or websites.
