Thank you for using the online application form for the Eugene Symphony's Encouraging Young Musicians to Achieve (EYMA) Program.
The Eugene Symphony invites middle and high school music instructors to apply to participate in EYMA (Encouraging Young Musicians to Achieve) for the 17-18 school year. At no cost to participating schools, Teaching Artists drawn from the symphony’s professional ensemble will work with select schools' band and orchestra instructors to co-develop a series of five one-hour visits. These sessions could include sectionals, master classes, rehearsals, discussions or college/career explorations by ESA musicians.
Deadline to Apply: Friday, December 1
School Notification: Friday, December 9
School Selection: A limited number of select schools will receive five (5) visits by Eugene Symphony musicians throughout the 17-18 school year.
