Safety on SEPTA Survey |
SEPTA is committed to providing safe, reliable and accessible transit choices for everyone and we'd like you to help us improve. The goal of this survey is to understand your perceptions of safety and any concerns you have experienced traveling the system in order to develop strategies to address them. Your response will help SEPTA make informed decisions related to security improvements on the system and help us deliver a safer experience for all riders and employees.
In this survey, there are questions about safety issues and criminal activity that has occurred on SEPTA in the recent past. This survey is not a channel for reporting an ongoing emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact the SEPTA Police Department at 215-580-8111.
