Quality education is essential to the well-being of our profession and good instructors are the foundation of our educational program. This award recognizes instructors, coordinators, course authors and/or reviewers who exemplify excellence in Real Property education and the appraisal profession.
 
ELIGIBILITY
  • Nominees must be a designated member for a minimum of five (5) years.
  • Nominees may be designated members who are National Instructors for a minimum of three (3) years.
  • Nominees who are instructors must have maintained attendance and have favorable course evaluations.
  • Nominees will have made contributions to the Real Property educational program through coordination of courses, course and/or seminar presentations, text writing and/or reviewing.

NOMINATION CRITERIA
  • Instill in students a desire to learn.
  • Understand the individual needs of students, encourage class participation.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of subject matter and ability to share effectively with students.
  • Foster cooperative relationships with their colleagues.
