* 8. As part of the new ALERT Review process, ALERT presenters will participate in a live Zoom session in the second half of June. This ALERT Review will allow ALERT presenters to get early feedback and discuss your ALERT with members of our Scientific Review Committee prior to your live presentation at the 2025 INSPIRE Virtual Meeting in September 2025. This is an opportunity to ask questions/get live advice on your project idea/presentation.

We will have a few opportunities for ALERT presenters to be a part of this new ALERT Review in June. The dates are not confirmed yet, but you will have the ability to choose which ALERT Review session you attend. Please confirm below that you will do your best to attend one of the ALERT Review Sessions.

An executive summary should summarize the key points of the project. It should restate the purpose of the project, what information will be gained at the completion of the project, highlight the major methods, describe any preliminary results and highlight the benefits that will be gained from completion of the project.

Please keep summaries between 300 and 500 words. Please find examples of executive summaries here.

* 11. On the day of the conference, a moderator who has reviewed your ALERT,  will help facilitate the presentation and discussion during the roundtable sessions. In addition, INSPIRE can pair you with a mentor. Please read the description below of the INSPIRE mentor process to determine your mentorship needs. 

ALERT Mentorship process
As needed and/ upon request, the INSPIRE Scientific Review Committee may pair an INSPIRE mentor with an ALERT presenter. The ALERT mentor has a responsibility to reach out to the ALERT presenter prior to the conference to discuss and provide guidance on their scholarship and presentation. After the presentation, the ALERT presenter may reach out to the INSPIRE mentor for a touch-point as well.

1. Please upload your ALERT presentation submission below by selecting the "Choose File" button in the survey. You MUST save the Power Point template provided above as a PDF and upload.

2. Please upload a your PowerPoint Presentation (saved as a Power Point) to this folder: ALERT PP Submissions. Be sure your Power Point is saved as the title of the presentation and the last name of the submitter. EX: Title-Last Name.
