Introduction

John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (Hamilton International) is currently developing its 2024-2027 Accessibility Plan to assist in meeting its requirements under the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR).

This Plan will serve as a roadmap to help the Airport continue on its commitment to become more accessible and inclusive. Hamilton International aims to incorporate industry best practices and address feedback received from people with lived experience to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility.

All responses provided through the Accessibility Survey form are anonymous. If you would like a representative from Hamilton International to follow-up with you in regard to your survey responses, please provide your contact information and preferred method of communication at the end of the survey. If you have any technical issues or if you would like to review or complete the survey in an alternate format, please contact the Airport at accessibility@flyhamilton.ca or 905-679-4908.

Your privacy is important to the Airport. We are committed to ensuring that any personal information we collect is used, disclosed, and protected in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Information collected through submissions of survey data will be used to assist in identifying accessibility barriers for persons with disabilities and accessibility goals for Hamilton International.
