Lower Merion School District Leadership Profile Assessment

The Board of School Directors of the Lower Merion School District is seeking community input for the selection of a new Superintendent. As part of this process, we need your assistance in identifying key leadership qualities that the community seeks in a new Superintendent. Your response to the following questions will help the Board of School Directors develop a leadership profile that will guide the selection of the next superintendent. This survey should take 10 minutes or less to complete. All responses must be submitted by September 27, 2024 and will be anonymous.
