I have been a member of Holy Spirit for 10 years. I live in Palmyra with my husband, Ryan, and two daughters, Emma and Elizabeth. I was a stay at home mom for 8 years, and now I work part time at a local elementary school. I enjoy volunteering at my children’s school, attending their sports activities, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Judy Dezagottis

Judy moved to North Londonderry Township 14 years ago from the Philadelphia area when she met & married her husband Jim. She has been a parishioner of Holy Spirit for 10 of those 14 years & served in the past as Parish Secretary. She volunteers as a Lector & works at Fish Fry & the Festival. She is also a regular Adorer, participates in the Holy Hour of Reparation & Shine Ministry. Outside of Holy Spirit, she lectors at the Seton Shrine in Emmitsburg, MD. She & Jim run the Harrisburg Division of the Enthronement by Parish Ministry dedicated to spreading the devotions to the Sacred Heart & Immaculate Heart. She also hosted the “In the News” radio show on Holy Family Radio for 2 years & continues to volunteer at the radio station helping with Operations.
Judy holds a B.S. degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University spending most of her career working in healthcare sales & marketing. She is currently employed part-time as an Administrative Secretary in the Department of Neurology at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center in addition to other part-time seasonal employment.
She enjoys gathering with family & friends, writing, public speaking, singing & dancing. She & Jim have been blessed to travel & visit many countries on pilgrimage.

Alberta Dobson

Alberta has been a member of Holy Spirit Church for 18 years, along with her husband Richard and her two children, Michael and Amber. She works as an operations manager for the Caring Cupboard, a food pantry in Palmyra.
Holy Spirit Church is an important part of Alberta's life because it connects her more fully to the local community. Alberta serves as a Eucharistic Minister and an Arimathean for masses. She is an active member of multiple church committees including Benevolence, Sparkling Hearts, and the Counting Team. Additionally, she regularly volunteers for church events like the Fish Fry and SpiritFest.
In her free time, Alberta enjoys traveling, going to gym, and spending time with her family.

Blanca Kristich

My journey at Holy Spirit Church spans over 33 years, a foundation where faith has woven the threads of my life. Before we found a home at Holy Spirit, St. Joan of Arc in
Hershey, where we held our vows, held our spirits, and St. Mary’s in Lebanon embraced us during our years there. In May, my husband, Steve, and I will celebrate 37 years of a love that's weathered life's storms. Our family, our anchor, comprises three sons who each carry their dreams and aspirations into the world. Michael, our eldest, finds purpose as a manager at Starbucks in Greensburg, PA. Meanwhile,
Matthew, a logistics planner at Coca-Cola, and Caitlyn, a devoted CRNP at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, have carved their paths in Lancaster, where our granddaughter, Magnolia (“Maggie”), fills our hearts with joy. Another blessing awaits us as Maggie anticipates the arrival of her little sister at the end of May. And Patrick, our youngest, with his master’s degree in acquisition and supply chain management, continues to pursue his dreams, in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Colorado.
Our home in Palmyra resonates with the wagging tails and playful antics of our three furry companions, two of whom found their way to us through the grace of animal rescues. Though my heart yearns to embrace every needy soul, the limitations of space humble my aspirations.
As a legal secretary at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, I've found purpose in advocating for justice. Engaged in the tapestry of our firm's community, I've served on the social committee, attained CPR and AED certifications, and now contribute to the DEIB Committee, nurturing a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. My upcoming 26th anniversary at the firm is a testament to dedication and passion.
Volunteering, a cornerstone of my existence, has enriched my life immeasurably. From volunteering events at the church Summer Festival to sharing the gift of music in the choir and the joy of baking, each endeavor has etched a memory on my soul. And for over a decade, crafting kits for sick children through Caitlin Smiles and bringing smiles to the faces of nursing home residents have been my humble contributions to the Holy Spirit Community.
Steve and I find solace in the rhythms of Latin dance, the warmth of our kitchen as we cook and bake, and the tranquility of our garden. Yet, amidst these joys, the true essence of our existence lies in family and the privilege of being grandparents.

Dave Wanner

I was born and raised in Lemoyne. I joined the military after graduating high school. When I returned to Pa I attended college and got a degree in Business Administration. I have been a member of Holy Spirit Church since 2007 when I moved to Palmyra with my wife Angela and
our 3 children. I have been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 18 years and while at Holy Spirit have worked with our 7th and 8th grade prep classes and volunteered at the adoration chapel and as a Eucharistic Minister.
Outside of church I work for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a supervisor in the Comptroller's office. When my children were young I was actively involved with their many sports teams volunteering as an T-ball coach and the team manager for Palmyra’s JV hockey
team. I also enjoy woodworking and traveling with my wife.
