About the policy

If you have been following the news over the past couple of days, you would've seen that Queensland's Palaszczuk government wants to make Christmas Eve a half-day public holiday.

This decision is expected to cost businesses up to $137 million a year.  We consider the proposal penalises businesses for employing staff and may result in some businesses closing their doors completely over the period.

We want to know how you think this policy will affect your business.  By being candid with us and taking the very short survey below, we will use your responses to lobby government to reconsider this policy.
