My name is Harriet Hyde, a graduate student in the M.A. Communication Studies program at Texas Tech University.
As part of my final research project, I am conducting a survey to better understand how hybrid work environments, particularly remote work frequency and the use of digital communication tools shape collaboration, morale, and communication experiences among faculty and staff in higher education.
Your participation will help offer vital perspectives on how universities can strengthen communication practices and better support hybrid teams.
This survey takes approximately 7–10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential and used solely for academic research.
Your answers will not be shared with your institution or anyone outside the research team, and nothing you provide will be connected to your name or identity. For example, while your survey responses will be analyzed in aggregate, no one including supervisors or administrators will be able to see how you personally responded.
Your information will be handled with care and stored securely to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the process.
By continuing with the survey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
