Ranking Contract Priorities

We are back to contract negotiations! Every three (3) years, we have the opportunity to improve working conditions, wages, and benefits and your feedback about these potential improvements is important. This is your contract, and you need to participate in making sure we are able to address your concerns and desires. The nature of contract negotiations is described as a give-and-take, therefore, compromises must be made. For that reason, we really need to know what your priorities are.
