Thank you for showing interest in this one-of-a-kind benchmarking study that addresses the challenges and needs of independently-owned coffee shop owners and managers. By completing this form, you have shown interest in participating in this study. Follow-up information including methodology, a survey link, and payment options will be shared to the email addresses provided. The cost to participate and receive the report is FREE. Yes, you read that correctly. We're a small business and hoping our work will be valued and provide an opportunity to work together again in the future. All store-level data will be kept anonymous and confidential from other shops - only aggregate data will be shared. Live report data will be shared upon request a few weeks after the survey is in the field and a full report will be delivered about 4-6 weeks after we have collected a sufficient sample size of respondents. Lastly, but importantly, thank you to Cultura Ccafe (soon to be Terra) and Olor coffee shops for volunteering their time to help craft this survey.
