1)     Biblica is currently granting permission for the latest edition of our Bible texts and audios only (available at www.biblica.com, www.biblegateway.com and www.youversion.com) and is not granting permission for use of any earlier editions.
2)     Non-Commercial Use:
We define non-commercial use (including ministry sales) as being direct, private distribution to individuals, churches, ministries, schools, and other nonprofit organizations, and not for resale or for use as a gift or premium to be offered in connection with the solicitation of contributions.
3)     Commercial Use:
We define commercial use as (i) sales and distribution to and through commercial third parties such as retailers and wholesalers such as bookstores, e-tailers, discount clubs, mass marketers, catalogs, and (ii) use as a gift of premium in connection with the solicitation of contributions
