COVID Waivers Wind Down Survey |

The public health emergency (PHE) for COVID-19 is currently valid through April 15, 2023 and Health and Human Services (HHS) has promised at least a 60-day notice prior to ending it. As HHS considers whether or not to further extend the PHE beyond April, a key consideration is the extent to which healthcare providers are continuing to leverage waivers and flexibilities available under the PHE. This brief survey is intended to quantify what waivers are still being leveraged and the readiness of providers to unwind from the PHE.
The data from this survey will be shared with HHS to help inform their decision-making regarding unwinding of the PHE.
