All events must provide food and beverage for attendees — once your event is confirmed, we'll connect you with our on-site catering team for a custom quote tailored to your event size and format.

To qualify, events must:
- Be free to attend for all participants
- Be AI-focused in topic or theme
- Be educational, community-oriented, and inclusive
