The Kanawha Coalition for Community Health Improvement is a community organization that conducts a needs assessment every three years and uses its findings to identify top health issues in Kanawha County. By completing the survey you are helping to make Kanawha County a healthier place to live, work, learn and play. Workgroups will be developed to address the top health issues. All survey results are confidential and no names or other identifying information are associated with responses.
